Can I buy from multiple merchants with one order?
You sure can!

I live outside the United States, can I buy off the marketplace?
Sure. Make sure the merchant, on their page or on the menu, sells to that country. Right now the four countries the Marketplace sells to are Australia, Canada, the United Kingdom and the United States.

Does the epicMarketplace send my order to me?
No, the epicMarketplace is an online store that allows floral merchants to sell their wares to florists. Each merchant will ship and contact you for your payment information. Before ordering, we encourage you to click the link up top. 'List of Merchants' and read about the merchant you are buying from.

Do I have to be a member to buy?
The epicMarket is a B2B marketplace in which you do not have to be a member to buy, but you must own a business. 

Can you explain how an ordering works?
You order products from merchants who sell to your country, epicFlowers processes the order and sends it out to the merchant(s). If the merchant has your billing information on file, they ship it, if not they will contact you, get that information and then ship it.

I've ordered online many times before, that's an odd way to process an order, why is that?

To determine the shipping costs for the order, if items from multiple merchants were bought, it would be impossible for us to calculate the correct shipping cost.

Do I have to be an American florist to buy from the marketplace?
It depends on the merchant. See their page to see which countries they sell to. All prices on the marketplace are in US Dollars.

Will the marketplace remember what I bought a year ago?
It sure can! And with one click re-order it, if the merchant still has it in stock.

Can I buy from the marketplace on my Android phone/tablet or my Apple device?
From your iPad and iPhone, any Android device, to a Palm Pre, yes you can!

What forms of payment do you accept?
The epicMarketplace does not take any money from florists. Each merchant will be responsible for each florist's payments.

What are the shipping & return policies?
Each merchant has their own policies on shipping and returns. Please ready their information page before buying.
